Embrace Life's Miracles

“You can become blind by seeing each day as a similar one. Each day is a different one, each day brings a miracle of its own. It’s just a matter of paying attention to this miracle.”

– Paulo Coelho

Not only is each day a miracle, but even more so, each moment is a miracle.

You Can Experience Nirvana

enlightenment presence Jun 11, 2018

“We do not see that our life right here, right now, is nirvana. Maybe we think that nirvana is a place where there are no problems, no more delusions. Maybe we think nirvana is something very beautiful, something unattainable. We always think nirvana is something very different from our own life.”

Although some believe you need to join a monastery and study for years to experience it, nirvana is attainable to anyone. It is attainable to you, right now.

Take a mindful breath and be present to what is occurring in this exact moment in your life. Be present while you read these very words.

In becoming present, your ego is taken out of the equation. This will make it easier for you to see their negativity objectively. It will also assist you in not being offended or at risk of taking personally what they are saying. If you find your ego wanting to engage, simply focus on your breathing and rejoin the present.

They may not realize you are...
